A bit about me... 
I was living in London with a successful career in the City, a calendar full of social occasions, going to the best restaurants, living in an apartment overlooking the Thames, to the outside world everything looked great.  
 
In reality I was overweight, unhappy, stressed, with absolutely no energy and leading an unhealthy lifestyle. 
 
I wanted to change so I quit my job, sold my flat and moved to the Cotswolds to start a new life, I had no idea what I was going to do all I knew was that I wanted a dog, so I got two!  
 
I spent two years walking in the Cotswolds hills with my two boys and I was a lot happier than I had been but I still felt there was something missing in my life. 
 
During my career I loved the people management aspect of my job so it made sense to try and find a new career using this skill set.  
When I came across health coaching it just seemed to be such a great fit as I had changed my life and knew I could learn even more about how to live a healthy lifestyle, I thought it would be fantastic to be able to help other people do the same. I now have a vocation that truly makes me feel alive. 
 
I am now happy, healthy, full of energy with no stress. I help people on a daily basis to find the best health, live their best life and be the best version of themselves!
