I gave up work in the finance industry as I found, after 25 years, that I was stressed, overweight, tired and living a lifestyle that just did not have any meaning.
I moved to the Cotswolds and got myself 2 beagles, and then spent two years walking the hills and trying to get my health back to where it should have been. Then I decided to go one step further and study to become a health coach, and I have never looked back. My health is fantastic now. I still go out and socialise with friends, and I find I can fit so much more into my day now.
I am doing my dream job - helping my clients turn their health and lifestyles around and be the best version of themselves they can be.

I am a member of the UK Health Coaches Association and I am a fully qualified Health Coach, Life Coach and Transformation Coach, having completed a number of courses run by the Health Coach Institute which are in turn accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the only globally recognised, independent credentialing programme for coach practitioners, via their Continuing Coach Education (CCE) programme.
All my coaching sessions take place over the phone or via Skype/Zoom.

My Life Now
The way I live my life has totally turned on its head, every day is different.
I now have lots of “me” time, which I spend doing the things I love, walking my dogs, going to yoga or the gym, spending quality time with friends and family.
Instead of going out every night and not appreciating it, I look forward to socialising with my friends on the occasions it happens.
My whole diet is different I drink lots of water, eat organically and have maintained a healthy weight for over a year.
I never set an alarm my body clock wakes up at 6am and I jump out of bed ready for the day full of energy.
My job is wonderful and so fulfilling it is so nice to spend time helping people live their lives to the full.
I have made it my mission to help as many people as I can with their health goals.
